Watch Out Your Neighborhood from Criminals
One of the biggest fear for me as parent is how could I protect my kids and families from any of criminal action that lately become more often and dangerous. This is not a problem for bad neighborhood anymore. Even on a good neighborhood, the criminal always find a way to hurt one of our loving family members. The fact that the technology advance has been used and abuse by those criminal for smoothing their crime make me really aware and become a slight paranoid when my kids access the internet at home.
There is once a bad story among my neighborhood, where one of my neighbor daughter being seduce by a bad guy she just met on the internet and finally run off form her house for couple of weeks before find out on the upper state by federal police. As I heard on the newspaper, that poor girl has been sexually abuse and being hurt physically. This is really a nightmare, since I do have 14 years old girls on my house who’s loved to chat on the net also.
One day, one of my colleagues at work suggesting me to look after on a Criminal Background Checks at Sentrylink website. This website is providing a large database on criminal records, sex offenders and convictions across the states. They stored nearly over 200 million records of criminal database.
This is actually really good idea, know I could make my own Criminal Checks regarding any of possible criminal cast on my area and be alarmed if I find out one of those jerk around my neighborhood and more further I could taking a proper precaution action if one of them are trying to do their action on my families.
That’s the thing I would do as a mother, and a business owner, I could also used their data for Background Checks on my pre-employees screening procedure, which is include their social security number traces, driving records, credit reports, and other needed information.
