There is simply no other discipline quite like yoga, because he used the body, mind and spirit, all in a practice. The yoga is a spiritual path that is based on sacred ancient philosophy, but one does not need to make an ethical decision when yoga, instead find your own path is fully accepted.

The holistic benefits of yoga are suitable for young or old, sick or well, with a religious background. The secrets of yoga are interiority, concentration and purification of the mind and body with thoughts of cleaning and food. Indian Philosophy says that man is in the spirit which is the center of everything.
