The Importances of Good Rest and Sleep
All parts of human body work together, but each has its particular part to be done. The stomach must have a rest time between meals. Other parts of the body needs rest, too. What they usually while we’re asleep. We should not be negligent and not give them enough rest, or they are worn out quickly and give us trouble. Sometimes, when people are not well or are all tired, they find they can not sleep well at night. There are a number of small things that can be done to induce sleep.
