Take a Good Care On Your Sight, Once It Failed, It Cannot Be Replace With Another
If I am asking you, which one of the five senses is the most important for you? I bet your answer should be the eye, since I would give the same word if you are asking me that question. The eye is the window to the world, this statement could be a symbol of how important an eye to the human, without an intense to say that the others senses is less important. Every pieces is important have it own irreplaceable role.
That’s why the healthy of my eyes always be my first priority. I consume lot of food contains lot of vitamin A like carrot and others, and also avoid unhealthy habit that could effecting my visions, like reading on a sleep position, working too close in front of computer for long run, etc. I also do eye checking regularly and used sterile eye drops after walking on a dusty street. All this precaution keeps my vision secure.
How about if we already have an eye degenerated? What should we do? The first thing that an eye doctor would suggest is using an eye glasses or contact lenses, in order to fixing our eye focus and enable the patient to view more clearly. This is actually the cheapest and easy option to solve vision problems.
But lately, thanks to the fast advances of modern eye technology, people today have another option to fixing their visions and offer more permanent result and promising to giving back the patient normal vision as it originality. This solution is offered through an eye laser surgery, which also knows as lasik surgery.
So, what is lasik surgery anyway? Lasik eye surgery known as a treatment to reshapes the cornea in order to giving clear vision result to it patient and mainly used to correct refractive errors. As a result, the patient could release their dependency on eye glasses or contact lenses. A patient with a blur visions case also could experiences the same good result.
Not every people who have an eye problem could get lasik treatment. In order to keep this procedure safe and done at the proper terms, a lasik treatment requires certain qualification that should met to the patient. Some of them are the patients should not have any change in refraction for at least a year, never experienced an eye infection or injury in the past year, be at least 18 years old and aware with risk and the result, therefore they didn’t make any unrealistic expectations regarding the results.
