Filing a Sexual Harassment Lawsuit, Here Is the Deal
If you’ve contacted your employer on sexual harassment that took place and was not given proper attention, or think your company policy does not quite your case, you May consider other options. You can file a Title IX complaint with the Office for Civil Rights. This can be found at the U.S. Department of Education. Title IX covers all students and employees of institutions that are granted federal assistance. You do not need a lawyer to file a complaint. However, when you decide to continue, you will need a lawyer to file a lawsuit Title IX.
