Tea, a Blessing from Mother Earth

tea.jpg Consider to coffee, tea is my favorite beverage that I like most. I drink tea more often then coffee, which I only consume in the morning before go to work, its just habit. But tea, I drink it all he time, at my lunch time, on my evening snack and even another cup before going to bed. This more then just a beverage to me, I believes it special virtue of helping me to be more healthy.

Have An Acne Problems? Use This Herbal, It Works

I read on the book by William L. Fischer called Hidden Secrets of Perfect Health at Super Any Age, Book II, 1986, I learn how to do herbal feet. In Chapter 10, the FM Circularizes System, Fischer discusses the use of a herbal feet. After reading this chapter, I realized how herbs in a foot bath could improve your skin and help to eliminate acne. This book was written in 1986 1946! Now, you can do either a foot or a hand bath. Once you prepare a container with hot water, you can put your feet or hands in it and get the same results. If you already have foot spa, thank your mother, sister or the person who purchased it because you are a delight. If you do not, with 20 or $ 30, you can get one just as I did. When using a footbath heated, the veins of your feet begin to develop. Over a period of 15-20 minutes, the warm water affects your entire vascular (blood), and you get improved blood circulation.
