Issuing Warrants for Investors, Here is the Rule

investors_warrant.jpg When raising capital for a company, warrants are a form of equity which is given to investors. A warrant is an option like - it gives its holder the right to buy a security at a fixed or formula price, which is known as “exercise” or “strike” price. The warrants are often confused with options. Options, as used in space venture capital, are generally long-term (up to 10 years). They are also generally issued to employees by investors. On the other hand, act as warrants for short-term options and, unlike the options, may be traded as an independent security. In general, neither the issuance of warrants or their exercise (at least by non-employees) is a taxable event.

How to Reducing Noise In Audio Files

audio.png The beauty of digital audio is the promise of perfect quality. No clicks, hiss or scratches that were the standard vinyl and tape recordings. This does not mean that all digital audio is without noise. Far from it. Poor recordings can still be made in the media and digital recordings which were transferred from analog (vinyl records or cassettes) to digital will retain a portion of their noise. Fortunately, cleaning digital audio is a fairly easy process. There are many software on the market specially designed for the reduction of certain types of noise in digital recordings.
