Like it or not, being fat is not the next best thing on earth where I want to be apart of. But again like it or not, our daily activity today indeed contribute highly in increase our weight without we even notice. Like this year, without aware, I just increase my belly size and got and extra 15 pounds. I should be panic right? Where all those fat come from?

Having a positive strip in our pregnancy test is a dream come true for every women whose looking to be a mother, (and might be a disaster for others who don’t, but I didn’t want to discuss about them here). It’s a memorable moment when we get an early sign that we are pregnant and feels like to hurry and jump on our partner holds and tell him that he will be a father.
