Health is very important, in fact every people would agree that blessing of health is far more better then money. But we must realize that many our habits indeed triggering and causing many health problem, such as smoking behavior, consuming to much unhealthy meal, less exercises, etc. Some of these problems even grow into more serious problem and fatal diseases.

In every business there is one rigid rules that business owner must be obey without questioning, its “hear your customer”. This recipe might be classic but indeed still relevant with our condition right now. No matter how big your business is, if you ignore your customer and never listening their voices, you will ruin your business to the end. This pattern is also a classic one, when one business is still small, they really take care their customer carefully. But when they started to grown big, they forget about their customer and ignore them. this is the most foolish thing to do for businessmen.

How many times did you eat every day? I do eat three times a day; exclude snack-time in between. Then guess how much my belly grows up for only half year? Yup it lifted up to additional twenty pound, concentrate on my belly and make me look very fatso. It’s just like four months pregnant mom, make me difficult to bow or sit to long.

You should at least seen fire ant before did you? what is your experiences about them? I bet you are one of them whose got their first experiences with fire ant by getting bite. I did too, despite the fact that this creature particularly small, but their bite is very itchy if we don’t categories it as pain. The got their name as fire ant not just from their color but also cause their bites which is indeed feels like small fire.
