Divine Food for Divine Beauty

The phrase “natural beauty” has been abused and misused beyond restoration. The modern use is almost never associated with its true meaning. Someone said there should be a portrait of a healthy person in a museum so people would know what they are talking about. If we don’t know what a healthy person looks like, how do we know what natural beauty is? In our unnatural world, the word “natural” no longer means without effort, at least not in the realm of obtaining your best look. One thing is a must in defining natural beauty: its achievement must not involve any sacrifice of health. None, period. If health is compromised in any way beauty is not natural.

The last “nouvelle cuisine” which is spreading like wildfire east of Brazil - a delicious mixture of three cultures, which meets in the dishes and delicacies that are not found anywhere else in the world.

Making Barbecue for Beginners

barbecue.jpg Since the Stone Age, man has been perfected the art of cooking using a direct flame. If you were to ask someone about the history of barbecue, you will probably get a similar response to the above statement. What it is not quite right, because there is a fundamental difference between a simple kitchen with a flame and having a barbecue. If you do not add some sauce, the flame direct method, you are cooking, not having a barbecue. To truly barbecue is watering and slow cook the meat 5 or 6 hours at a low temperature (200 degrees), over wood or charcoal.
