If you live in Arizona, you should already aware about the hot and dry temperature that happen in Arizona during summer. One of the biggest problem I had this year regarding my home maintenance is keeping the drainage system working well.View months ago, started from small leakage, I got several damp at different part of my home, the most worse one is on my basement, where there is at least 1 inches dirty water flooded on the floor.
