Did you ever experience a problem where our weight is increasing without we even notice? I did once face it and trying so hard within 2 years to get back my last weight before it jumped up. Decreasing each pounds of weight is far more difficult then adding it. We could easily get an extra several pounds without never realize it and when we want to remove just a single pound of fat from our body, we must face a strict diet and tight schedule of exercise. Its may sound unfair, but that what really happen.
