One thing that I hate when I forces to move out from my current state is how complex and complicated it is the process of moving the entire housing equipment over state, or even from coast to coats. As a regular salary man, being transferred or replacement is not an unusual thing. In fact I do know some people at the office that get transferred twice in a year. Can you imagine how difficult to move their home stuff to their new one. This is not mention that they will need getting used with their new places, which is not easy, both on the adult and the kids.
