Warcraft, the Best RPG Ever!

What is your favorite PC game genre? Is it first person shooter (FPS), Real Time Strategy (RTS) or Role Playing Game (RPG)? For me my favorite game genre ever is RPG. This genre offer wide variation of unique gameplay and characters, enchanting views and interactive campaign and scenarios, especially for multiplayer RPG such as Warcfarft, All Total War Series, Age of Empires, etc.

Graphics vs Gameplay, an Evolution of Games

pc_games.jpgIf you are old enough to remember the early days of computer gaming you know, there were many games that were fun because of the exceptional game and not just graphics. Gaming started to become a little more popular in 90 years once people started buying computers. In the early 90’s, games like Maniac Mansion, X-COM 1, and civilization were extremely hot because of their dependence gameplay unique. Today’s game is dominant in the market and to a mass audience. To market to everyone, many games these days focus on graphics and special effects rather than single set. You see a lot of games that appear to be copies of one another slightly different movements.

Video Games Future, Far Beyond the Limit

I have recently been thinking about where video games could take in the future. I hope to work in the game industry one day after I finished university and I was wonder about it a lot. What I want to see happen in the future? Well, I can not have too many answers at the moment, but I came with some ideas that I think may come into “play” in a not too distant future. Firstly forget the virtual reality as we know it. They tried VR glasses and they made a lot of people sick to do so. It’s probably never going to work very well in its present form. They are still there and you can still buy them, but they do not seem to be really taking off. It will likely take a lot of people totally immersed and involved in a new form of gameplay. It is threatening to lose contact with the outside world and people around you are not going to enjoy it much either.
