I spend lot of portion of my work at home with my computer. For me, my home indeed have similar function as my personal office, where I run my business and dealing with client directly from home. And as my business goes, my home tends to look precisely like some office do, lot of paper, printing and files everywhere. This is mostly because that I don’t have a personal desk to working, both for my computer and for my files.

One of the big consequences that I should take as a computer programmer is my bad health condition. I spend most of my time statically, behind the desk and dealing with codes almost every hour, plus my unhealthy diet consumption where I eat many junk foods every time. As the result, I have rapid weight gain in the couple of years and it’s just a matter of time for me to achieve the title of overweight, which is a not sound pretty good.

Many people says that productive workers started from a happy workers. If you own a business or a company, are you sure that you had already make your salary man happy? Are they satisfied working with you? the next question would roll over. For me actually If I am fee comfort with the atmosphere in the office then I could get full concentrate to my job and therefore make me a productive workers. Talking about build a comfort atmosphere in the office, not always mean about the rules, job description and other technical matters. There is also important factor that contribute to influences the workers to fee comfort with their office.
