One of the big consequences that I should take as a computer programmer is my bad health condition. I spend most of my time statically, behind the desk and dealing with codes almost every hour, plus my unhealthy diet consumption where I eat many junk foods every time. As the result, I have rapid weight gain in the couple of years and it’s just a matter of time for me to achieve the title of overweight, which is a not sound pretty good.
