The Basic Principles of Judo
The style of martial art Judo can mean many things to different people. In reality, it is a fun and exciting sport, art, discipline, an activity, a way to protect yourself, and simply a way of life. Although you may hear many different meanings, the word Judo is in fact all of the above and many others. The origin founded in 1882, comes from Japan Judo feudal combat system. At the inception of Judo was a refinement of the martial art jujitsu. Jujitsu is one of the oldest styles of martial arts, dating back hundreds of years.

What is your favorite music? Everyone should at least one genre of music that they like more then another. I do too, I liked black music, from R&B, Rap, Hip Hop, Soul, even jazz, as long it has good rhythm and beat inside. From those listing, my favorite one actually jazz, I envy Bob James, George Duke and many more. But while at work as a graphic designer, I loved to hear more beating songs, such as Hip Hop or Rap, My favorite one is Snoop Dog and Xzibits.
