Golden Boy Next Vengeance, Be There!
Another big fight is begin soon. This is a rematch fight between Oscar De “golden boy” La Hoya versus Floyd Mayweather Jr. It’s actually a sequel fighting after their first fighting on May 5 at the MGM grand. At that time Floyd Mayweather Jr had succeed to seize Oscar’s Junior Middleweight Belt through a split decision. Many people were actually not really satisfied with the result, since both fighter was suspected will get a knock out from their opponent, like Floyd Mayweather Jr when he knocked out British star Ricky Hatton in the 10th round.
But still their previous duel at the MGM arena at May had recorded a big hit on a box offices, which is include total gross of $165 million; $2.4 million for pay-per-view subscriptions and $18,419,200 for live gate for Mayweather vs De La Hoya tickets revenue . This number gave us a clue about how greatest it is the next rematch of this No. 1 boxing fighter. It’s really an event that promising the greatest attraction and hard to turn down.
Both promoters and the sponsors had met couple of times to furnish the final deal about this rematch. It’s expected to be held sometimes betweens. 13 or Sept. 20 said De La Hoya Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer. A rematch between De La Hoya (38-5, 30 KOs) and Mayweather (39-0, 25 KOs) would be one of the biggest sports event these years which has been waiting by thousand view of boxing lovers around the world. I personally hope that we would hear good news soon.
