Get Promoted? Follow This Rules
If you are looking for this promotion or salary increase, so you will need to be noticed by your employer, here are some tips to help you stand out from the crowd:
- Have a positive attitude and friendly to everyone you come into contact
- Providing services and treat every patient
- Be professional at all times
- Always seek extra work, especially when others are ducking for cover to avoid
- Watch what your colleagues are copies of those receiving praise for their efforts, but how to do it better than them, while avoiding to do what your “lazier or negative” colleagues are doing
- Being a thinker and offer suggestions to help us do things better and more efficiently
- Plan and follow your plan
- Do not Procrastinate, do what must be done NOW!
- Think ahead when asked to A & B,-C, and
- Anticipating the next question and provide the answer before you are invited
- Dress and Act as if you were already in the position you want to reach
- Go to lunch with people who do well and learn from them
- Do not be afraid to ask questions and ask for help
- Avoid Political Bureau
- Being an individual while being a team player
- Learn more about your company and products
Follow these tips and you will not need to ask for a promotion or extra money, it will happen automatically.
