Many experts believe that one of the healthiest and effective ways to be healthy is by doing routine walk every day. Itâ€™s efficient to burn fat and smoothing our metabolism. It also effective to decrease or even eliminated our chance to get heart attack in the future. By doing a regular short walk everyday, we guarantee a better and good health for our benefit.
One of my favorite exercises besides playing tennis is walking on a treadmill. The reason my I loved this exercise so much because is simple, healthy and I could do it at home. I could only spare my time to play tennis two times each week, but I can walk on my treadmill anytime I want. I can do it in the morning before breakfast or at night after before dinner. I could even do it in my office room at lunch time.
There are many type of treadmill that we could pick for. As usual, the most expensive is typically having the most features. But it doesnâ€™t mean that you should always have those one. The point is, as long as it moving forward and you could walk or do little run on it, then itâ€™s fine. Consider your own need and donâ€™t get hesitate.
But, if you can, consider for getting a mat for your treadmill. By lining a mat on your treadmill, you could keep your treadmill stick to the specific area on your floor and avoid any unnecessary damage on your floor panel. Secondly, a carpet could reduce any over vibrations, any possible oil leakage from the engine that may damage your floor. It may rare, but it always to be prepare.
