Filing a Sexual Harassment Lawsuit, Here Is the Deal
If you’ve contacted your employer on Sexual harassment that took place and was not given proper attention, or think your company policy does not quite your case, you May consider other options. You can also file a Title VII complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Center office, with or body whatever your state or community that deals with fair employment practices. If investigations make unsatisfactory results, you can proceed to file a civil action for damages under Title VII or the organization that manages equity in practices do so, you are often necessary to be given permission to do so by the EEOC. However, if you were sexually assaulted, subjected to pressures touching the genitals of another, breasts, or have been pressured to have any kind of sexual activity, you must report your case the police.
