We found sugar at our morning coffee or tea; grab another sugar for our morning meal, besides breakfast, which is mostly in shape of liquid sugar that we used to sweetening our bread. Lately, a new form of sugar called VHP sugar or very high polarity sugar is become so popular around globe. This genuine Brazilian sugar become popular because of the purity and high percentage of the sucrose contains, which is more than 99.4 percent and only left no more than 0.6 percent of other substantial. Means that this VHP sugar or also known as Hi-Pol sugar is really pure and reward a high quality.

For an illustration about the high quality of VHP sugar, we could examine it from ICUMSA Ratings that have been used worldwide as a standard scale of sugar annalists by the international boards.
