Control Your Habit, Do Not Get Carried Away, Extra Weight is Suck!

High Consume of junk food every day, never get exercises and more worse working behind the desk all day long make me gain an extra weight this year. My weight jumped up for 20 pounds in only one year. This is exactly what happen to me and indeed base on personal experiences.

I start feeling the different and fill very uncomfortable with health. I do manage to get my weight back. I avoid eating too much junk food, start to exercise more at the gym and taking diet pills and weight loss supplements I can get. The great news is it works. I start to loss at least 10 ponds in the last 6 months and succeed to manage my pants size back.

I feel more healthy and energetic. Loosing weight is awesome and I have planned to continue these steps until I reach my recommended weight and perfect shape. Living healthy is always the best options anyway.
