For me actually If I am fee comfort with the atmosphere in the office then I could get full concentrate to my job and therefore make me a productive workers. Talking about build a comfort atmosphere in the office, not always mean about the rules, job description and other technical matters. There is also important factor that contribute to influences the workers to fee comfort with their office.
