Achieving Weight Loss While Fasting
Fasting, when done correctly, can be a basic part of a solid plan for weight loss. If done properly, it can be an excellent starting point for your new lifestyle. When I started my weight loss program, I started with a fast. I have fasted for 2-7 days on a few occasions. The reason why fasting can be such a great way to start a weight loss program is because you can see the results immediately.
It will also very easy to stick to your diet for the first week. After not eating for a few days, your food taste better. It is a great time to go a few days eating only fruits and vegetables. This can easily turn your two days in 7 days a quick, clean the entire body. Fasting can make it much thinner than in a few days. You May not lose a significant amount of weight, but it will look like you have. It can make your waist significantly thinner and clear up defects or skin problems.
Although I do not think fasting is intended to be used specifically for weight loss, I think you can do to get your body ready for a lifestyle. Use it as a way to purify your body and get rid of all toxins from your system clogging. I suggest drinking fruit and vegetable juices while fasting. I have read that you should make a water fast, but it can be a miserable experience if you’ve never fasted before. So stick to natural juices.
One of the best results, I saw my experience was fasting I have more self control over my eating habits. I’ve always been a type of binge eating. After my fast, I felt that I could remember more easily. It is probably a mental attribute. I mean if I can go without eating for 7 days, then I can keep myself safe to eat something I should not. Thus, although I do not think you can use fasting as a scheme or weight loss program, I think it can be an excellent starting point for weight loss good diet and exercise program. I think it is certainly something that everybody should do at least once a year.
If you have any health problems, you should consult a physician before starting a weight loss program. And, if you absolutely can not go without food then will simply try a few days eating vegetables and fruits. This will give you most of the same results that fasting will. However, I recommend the fast during the fruits and vegetables because of confidence and control you begin to enjoy as a result.
